1. Payment taken in advance
2. Pre-Orders with In-Store Pick Up will be available starting on the Release Date
3. Expected release & ship date is 2/18/22 Or 2/11/22, depending on the product

VGMX Pre-Order Refund Policy

1. To request a refund, please email vgmxservice@gmail.com
2. Merchant Fees will not be refunded
3. Restocking Fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund
4. If VGMX is unable to fulfil the order due to stock restrictions that were not foreseen, VGMX will refund the full order amount. 

Likely Shipping Delays

With the current world wide state of shipping, distribution, and logistics, please be aware that your order may be delayed. VGMX ships out pre-ordered products as soon as we receive them from our distributor. 

Orders will be sent out in ascending order from when they are received. If you wish to cancel your order, VGMX Pre-Order Refund Policy will be in effect
