If you wish to make a return, please contact vgmxservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; items submitted without a preauthorized return, may or may not be refunded. Once a return is authorized, please pack it safely and send it back. For valuable cards/products, we recommend getting a tracking number and insurance to ensure your package makes it safely back to us. VGMX does not accept returns on used products except TCG cards. New products must be unopened for a return to be accepted. TCG cards must be in the same condition as they were received. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued on the method used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received.
