Refund Request

  2. Merchant Fees will not be refunded
  3. The restocking fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund
  4. If VGMX cannot fulfill the order due to stock restrictions that were not foreseen, VGMX will refund the full order amount.

VGMX offers FREE local, in-store pick-up on all orders. Orders will be available within a business day, and customers must bring a photo ID to pick up their order. Select this option in the shipping selector during checkout.
