VGMX Pre-Order Refund Policy

2. Merchant Fees will not be refunded
3. A restocking fee of $5.00 per item up to $20 will be deducted from the refund
4. If VGMX is unable to fulfill the order due to stock restrictions that were not foreseen, VGMX will refund the full order amount.

Orders will be sent out in ascending order from when they are received. If you wish to cancel your order, VGMX Pre-Order Refund Policy will be in effect

 In-Store Pick-Up Details

VGMX offers FREE local, in-store pick-up on all orders. Orders will be available within a business day, and customers must bring a photo ID to pick up their order. Select this option in the shipping selector during checkout.
