Refund Request

- Merchant Fees will not be refunded
- The restocking fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund
- If VGMX cannot fulfill the order due to stock restrictions that were not foreseen, VGMX will refund the full order amount.
In-Store Pick-Up Details
VGMX offers FREE local, in-store pick-up on all orders. Orders will be available within a business day, and customers must bring a photo ID to pick up their order. Select this option in the shipping selector during checkout.
